“Golden Fern” Macramé Dog Collar with Tiger’s Eye

Two-tone knotwork on cappuccino nappa leather

“Golden Fern” is a handcrafted macramé dog collar by handmade4dogs, featuring a hand-knotted trim in eggshell beige and gold. Fine micro-macramé and 39 tiger’s eye beads form a leaf-like pattern on cappuccino-coloured nappa leather. The collar measures 4.5 cm in width and fits a neck circumference of 34–38 cm.

Curving rows of eggshell-coloured knots alternate with gold-coloured sections. The open knotwork reveals the leather between the individual motifs. The 5 mm tiger’s eye beads sit along the upper and lower edges of the trim. Their golden-brown to dark-brown markings echo the warm tones of the cord and leather.

Both the outer leather and the lining are made from cappuccino-coloured nappa leather. The edges of both leather layers are turned inwards to create rounded, neatly finished borders. Additional padding gives the lining a soft feel.

The straight profile tapers towards both ends. The collar fastens with a stainless steel pin buckle. Light-coloured stitching follows the contours of the leather and complements the eggshell-coloured cord of the trim.

“Golden Fern” is a one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted in our Austrian workshop as part of the Makramee Art Collection. Whether your dog is a sighthound or another breed, the fit comes first: the 34–38 cm adjustment range and 4.5 cm width should suit your dog’s neck circumference and neck length.
