For which breeds does Handmade4dogs make products
We manufacture for every breed and every mixed breed without exception. Since we handcraft each piece individually, we are not bound by standard sizes. Our size range starts at a neck circumference of 19 cm and has no upper limit. We also precisely adjust the width: from a delicate 2 cm to an impressive 17 cm (wolf collars). Especially for very strong and powerful dogs, the absolute safety and stability of our production always comes first.
Where are the Handmade4dogs products made?
My products are manufactured with the greatest care and with the finest craftsmanship in my small workshop in Upper Styria. I attach great importance to traditional craftsmanship and quality in order to offer you unique and long-lasting products.
Where does handmade4dogs source its raw materials?
We source our raw materials exclusively from the European Union. The leather originates without exception from Italy.
Our hides are without exception REACH-compliant. (REACH-compliant leather meets the strict EU guidelines of the REACH Regulation, meaning that harmful chemicals that pose a risk to health and the environment have been avoided during tanning, dyeing, and finishing)
Are Handmade4dogs products safe for my dog?
The safety of your dog is our top priority. All materials used in our dog products are carefully selected and are of excellent quality.
As a producer, we are naturally subject to animal welfare laws.
How long does it take for my Handmade4dogs order to be shipped?
Shipping time varies depending on production time and destination. Normally production time takes between 7 – 10 working days. The delivery time within Austria between 1 and 3 working days, within the EU between 2 and 5 working days.
International deliveries may take longer depending on the country and customs clearance. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery.
Is a personal consultation possible?
Absolutely! As our products are meticulously handcrafted and each custom order is unique, we are happy to provide personal consultations. To arrange a callback, simply let us know your preferred date and time using our contact form. We will gladly call you back at the agreed-upon time to discuss all the details of your desired product together.
Can I return or exchange my Handmade4dogs item?
No! Since the product you ordered is made and produced individually for your furry friend, you must pay close attention to the transmission of your data, such as texts and dimensions, because I cannot accept any liability for this and therefore cannot take back any custom-made products.
