1. General Shipping Information We ship our products worldwide. Shipping is carried out via Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG) and UPS. The processing time is usually 2 business days.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options Standard shipping within Austria: €6 – Delivery time approx. 2-4 business days Shipping to Germany: €11 - Delivery time 2-11 business days (Islands excluded)

Shipping costs for STAINLESS STEEL DOG TAGS: Uninsured shipping in a mailer, no tracking number Austria: Free of charge Germany: €2.90 Shipping within the EU: €17 – Delivery time approx. up to 15 business days International shipping: Calculated directly in our system for the respective country Free shipping: For orders over €90 within Austria. Free shipping to Germany: For orders over €100.

3. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination: Standard shipping: approx. 2-4 business days

4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders Should your package arrive damaged or get lost in transit, please contact us immediately at office@handmade4dogs.com. Lost packages: We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.

6. Returns & Complaints Returns are possible within 7 days. Please contact us in advance at office@handmade4dogs.com to register a return. EXCLUDED: Personalized items, items you created yourself in the product configurator, sale items, and gift cards. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
