“Rose Red” Macramé Dog Collar with Rose Quartz

Ruby-red knotwork and delicate rose quartz

“Rose Red” is a handcrafted macramé dog collar by handmade4dogs, made from ruby-red nappa leather. Nine rose quartz beads, each 8 mm in diameter, sit within a matching micro-macramé trim. This padded collar measures 3.5 cm in width, fits a neck circumference of 28–34 cm and features folded leather edges on both sides. It belongs to the Makramee Art Collection from our Austrian workshop.

The hand-knotted rows form interlocking oval motifs. At their centres, pale pink, slightly translucent rose quartz beads create a gentle contrast with the rich ruby red. The fine texture of the cord and the natural markings within the stones reveal themselves up close.

Long ruby-red cord ends give the design a flowing finish with a hint of tango. The leather and stitching stay within the same colour palette, allowing the pale stones, intricate knotwork and trailing cords to stand out.

Both the outer face and the neck lining are made from ruby-red nappa leather. The edges of both leather layers are folded inwards, creating smoothly rounded edges. Additional padding gives the lining a soft feel.

The straight profile tapers towards both ends, leading into a narrower fastening section with a stainless steel buckle. “Rose Red” combines a clean collar shape with a textured, carefully hand-knotted trim – a one-of-a-kind piece for people who appreciate rich colours and fine details.

Whether your dog is a sighthound or another breed, the fit comes first: the 28–34 cm adjustment range and 3.5 cm width should suit your dog’s neck circumference and neck length.
