§ 1 Conclusion of the contract
By placing your order, you submit a binding offer to us.

We will contact you immediately (within 2 working days)

The order confirmation is considered a binding contract and obliges you to pay the invoice
§ 2 Prices and payment terms
2.1 Prices
All offers include the valid Austrian VAT

2.2 Advance payment
The customer pays the invoice amount including shipping costs in advance to our account after receiving our order confirmation - the order will only go into production after receipt of payment
2.3 PAYPAL
For non-EU citizens, PayPal is the ONLY option

For legal reasons, we can ONLY ship to the address stored with PayPal. Please ensure this is still correct

A cash discount cannot be granted for PayPal payments. 

2.4 Transaction costs

Any transaction costs are to be borne by the buyer

2.5 Purchasing groups
Should a group form a PURCHASING GROUP, the person with whom communication is conducted is the contact person, invoice recipient, and this person is responsible for the payment! NO separate invoices will be issued to third parties!

2.6 Dunning procedure
We have DISCONTINUED the dunning procedure.
Invoices not paid within 5 days will be automatically deleted from our system! Customers for whom this occurs twice will be blocked.

2.7 REDUCED GOODS
There is NO right of exchange for reduced goods.

2.8 CONSULTATION FEE
As our time is not unlimited and we are primarily an online retailer, we charge €48 if customers request our consultation with more than 5 emails, photomontages, etc.
If the order is not placed, the consultation fee will still be charged - if a follow-up order is placed within 10 days, this flat rate will be offset.
This does NOT affect the creation of an embroidery file and/or breeder package/puppy package.

§ 3 Delivery time
Stock items will be shipped on the following working day after receipt of payment.
All offers in our online shop are subject to change and non-binding. Our order confirmations are always subject to availability. Should individual items not be in stock at the time of order or require a delivery time, such as for custom-made products or personalized collars, we will inform you immediately about the new delivery date. Should the goods you ordered no longer be available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will, of course, notify you of this.

Meaning:

• Stock items/Online Shop in stock: immediately 
• Online shop with delivery period: the specified time
• Custom-made collars: 10 days (for reorders of raw materials, this time is extended by the delivery time of our suppliers)

§ 4 Transfer of risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the consumer upon handover of the goods, even in the case of a mail-order purchase.
For entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the entrepreneur upon handover, in the case of a mail-order purchase upon delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.
It is equivalent to handover if the customer is in default of acceptance.
§ 5 Custom-made products
Goods that have been custom-made for you at your request, such as leashes, collars, etc., are excluded from exchange and cannot be returned. We only accept custom-made products against advance payment or PAYPAL.
5.1 DIGITIZATION
Of course, you can have your own logo digitized by us - depending on the effort, we charge €25 per hour for this - these logos are available to us for advertising purposes, without being asked.

Our favorable digitization costs are based on the fact that the files are archived with us - "buying" these files to have items manufactured by another company is of course possible - for this we charge a flat fee of €250, - 

5.2 Embroidery of third-party items
Under special circumstances, we also embroider third-party items (polos, jackets, and t-shirts). These must be sent to us clean or new, at your expense - packages sent to us freight collect will not be accepted. Unclean clothing will be immediately sent for cleaning, for which we charge a flat rate of €50 per garment.

5.3 Measurements

The correct measurement of your dog will be discussed with you or you will receive measuring instructions from us. These transmitted data will be used by us to manufacture your ordered product. Should the data nevertheless be incorrect, this releases us from an exchange or a new production at our expense!

5.4 Color representation
Our photos are taken by a photographer using daylight! The photos displayed here correspond to the highest resolution on monitors. We are not responsible for any deviation on smartphones or tablets. If you are still unsure, please ask us for a color sample.

5.5 Reservation of raw materials
Leather hides or similar will only be accepted against a 50% advance payment of the final product.
§ 6 Warranty
To prove the start of the warranty period, you should carefully keep the relevant documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) for your own benefit. In case of doubt, especially after a long time, we must insist on the presentation of these documents.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by natural wear and tear, improper use or insufficient or incorrect care. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
Under no circumstances is "HANDMADE4DOGS" responsible for the safety of your pet.

§ 7 Returns
Returns are to be borne by the buyer. Unpaid packages will not be accepted by us. The buyer must ensure that the package has been correctly labeled.

§ 8 Complaints
In the event of complaints, a detailed statement/course of events as to how a defect occurred, including meaningful photos, must be drawn up in advance. 

§ 9 Repair of third-party items

§ 10 CREATION OF COPIES

THIS WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE DONE BY US!

§11 Products that you have configured yourself: there is no right of exchange for these products.
